Civil & Structural Construction
We are experienced in construction, erection maintenance and repair (including concrete repair) of buildings and infrastructural system, for residential villas, commercial offices, industrial buildings, such as workshops and warehouses, steel structures, Fire Proofing, Refractory lining works. We execute projects including construction, Excavation, Backfilling, Foundation protection, Pre-engineered steel building erection, Concrete construction, Finishing works, Plastering, Marble, Paint, Site development, Industrial Coating, Landscape development and other related activities.
Mechanical Installation
We can perform various types of mechanical services: Installations of equipment such as heat exchanger, condenser, pump, filters, pipeline, valves, fire protection, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning systems. Also Fabrication & insulation of steel storage tanks, CS & SS and Super duplex pipe, Blasting/coating/painting and insulating as per ASME, ASTM, AWS, SAES, SAMSS, standards. We have a comprehensive capabilities to undertake plant maintenance responsibilities in the refineries, petrochemical complexes, and the power/utilities plants. We do routine Daily Maintenance which is essentially a requirement to keep the plant in good running condition on a routine basis without affecting the operations. Scope would entails repair/replacement of gaskets, valves, piping, tanks, vessels, heat exchanger. In general, a dedicated team is assigned on site to work with the plant operators to carry out the tasks. We do turnaround Maintenance, i.e., temporary shutdown for the plant. Usually involves cleaning/up keeping of the plant and maintaining equipment that cannot be serviced during normal operation, and debottlenecking projects.
Electrical Works
Our ability to execute electrical works range from Installation of cables, cable trays, conduit works, turnkey substations, electrical works for housing, commercial projects, installation of pumps, motors and control system. Testing, Pre commissioning and commissioning start up.
Instrumentation Work
We execute the installation of instrumentation cables, cable trays, signal cables conduits, junction boxes, instruments and control valves etc. Installation, configuration and calibration of all instruments such as: Ultrasonic Meters, flow, temperature, pressure, liquid level, Conductivity 02 and PH. Testing & Commissioning and startup of the system including all types of instruments and control valves.
Concrete Repair
The concrete repair and rehabilitation division deals mainly with restoration of structural integrity by crack injection, rehabilitation of affected concrete structures, industrial floors and prevention of concrete deterioration. We are an approved applicator for M/s Fosam.
Cathodic Protection
Our ability to do Cathodic Protection covers mainly pipe lines, cross country power transmission overhead lines, offshore platforms etc.
Landscape & Irrigation Design
With our well experienced team of Landscape Engineer, Horticulturist & Foremen, we are capable of designing & execution of Landscape, Hardscape & Irrigation, Fountains, Football Lawns and Golf courses, etc.
